I am Subhro Bera a Incident Responder and MIM Specialist with 5+ years of proven Experience
in Network Operations and Microsoft Azure Technical Operation Analysis. Having experience in monitoring various sources, such as monitoring tools, user reports, and system alerts, to detect and identify incidents promptly and assesses the impact and urgency of incidents based on predefined severity levels, business priorities, and service level agreements.
Also have experience in Security configuration and management, Critical Incident Operations, Cloud Operations Planning, and Investigation. IT Asset Patching and Management. Have hands on experience with security features within a cloud environment with various VM tools, Analyzers, and SIEM solution, Cortex XSOAR for network security anomalies, I also have past experience with Network tracers to log analysis and various Cisco product lines and VPN configurations management and also with previous experience with Azure Cloud Migrations and deployments for enterprise data.
Designing, implementing and maintaining security protocols, policies, plans, and systems to cover all possible security threats and run the operations as per SLA of the company.
